I went shopping here looking specifically for shoes for work since I am constantly on my feet. Nate was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get 2 pairs of shoes based on what I needed. He is an amazing employee and knows his stuff. I will definitely be back

Absolutely the worst experience. Out of all the times I've came to scheels and bought minnows I've never had to have someone help me get water in my bucket and get my scoops of minnows. We are grown adults I know how to put water in my bucket and count 3 scoops into my bucket. I don't need some Grey hair and some young kid from the bike center steering me down and making sure they help me. They were rude because I chose to put regular tap water into my bucket as I dump the minnows into my treated livewell anyway. Then the guy rudely counted 3 skimpy scoops into my bucket and didn't say anything as I walked away to go pay for them. I will take all my business elsewhere. I won't shop scheels again.

The golf department has gone above and beyond for my husband. Staff is always helpful and informative. In the last 10 years my husband has bought new club sets that have eventually had defects or been broken and scheels has worked with the companies to replace the entire club set at no charge. We also have had good experience with the gun department. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Jason, at Sioux City Scheels, was a great help today and guided me with getting the perfect golf club for my husband. He was knowledgeable and polite, helped me figure out express shipping calling me back promptly with an answer to a question I had. Jason is an asset to Scheels!

I live in Alabama but have always wanted to visit a Sheels and was not disappointed with my visit to the Sioux City store. Wow! The assortment is amazing and the store so clean and well organized. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff. In particular, Derek in the collegiate clothing area was so knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to northwest Iowa!
